Monroe Township ZBA completes 2026 reorganization; appoints chair and professionals

At the start of the meeting the Monroe Township Zoning Board of Adjustment completed annual reorganization. Board members nominated and approved Vincent Lapada as chair and made routine appointments for board attorney (Mister Vignola), board engineer (Mark Rosenodes), board planner (Christopher Dopney) and board secretary Laura Zielinski. The board also adopted its rules and regulations for 2026 and approved the schedule of monthly meeting dates after a brief clarification that the March meeting would be March 31.
These items passed by roll call vote. The board’s reorganization and schedule-setting are administrative functions required by the Open Public Meetings Act to keep the board’s records current and public. After completing housekeeping, the board moved to hearing items on the agenda.
