The Princeton Zoning Board of Adjustment approved three resolutions included in the meeting packet during its Jan. 28, 2026 electronic meeting after members requested minor clarifications and one technical correction.
Board members asked staff to correct references to a “concrete wall” in the Hillside Road resolution to note that the wall is a 5-inch wall and to fix a missing sentence and an erroneous architectural reference on another item. After those edits were noted, a motion to adopt the resolutions was made and seconded; the clerk conducted roll-call votes and each resolution passed with all members present voting yes.
The board recorded the following case references in the packet: Z25-69815 (Hillside Road, Block 7207 Lot 4, R-6T Zone); Z25-693 (6 Evelyn Place, Block 34.01 Lot 7, R-3B Zone); and Z25-709416 (North Harrison, Block 7202 Lot 7, R-6T Zone). Staff confirmed the text of the adopted resolutions will be updated to reflect the requested edits before final filing.
The board moved next to scheduled hearings for the evening.
