Library staff told commissioners the packet included a table showing each policy’s adopted year, approving body and staff recommendations, and invited commissioners to propose additional items. “This evening, the item before you is to prioritize library policies for revision and development in fiscal years ’25 and ’26 and ’26 and ’27,” staff said, introducing the discussion.
