Separately, staff announced a public reception to honor Commissioner Kelly McNicholas Curry ahead of her final meeting on Feb. 11; the reception will be open to the public in the administrative office building from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. and will include cake. Commissioners encouraged public attendance.
