Committee reviews Justice Center roof quotes timeline; Tullahoma Library sewer line replaced

Unidentified Speaker 4 said staff conducted a pre-bid walkthrough for the Justice Center roof and expects contractor quotes by the 24th. The quotes are being obtained under state contract; Stacy of Scott St. John Engineering will review them and present recommendations at the next committee meeting so members can select a vendor.
Unidentified Speaker 4 reported that the collapsed sewer line at the Tullahoma Library has been replaced and that follow-up inspections show improvement, with only minor residual issues. Committee members noted the choice to replace the line reduced the need to shut down half of the library during repairs and was the most cost-effective option.
Members also discussed the library roof project; design work may push the construction schedule into March or April, but funds for the roof have been approved and staff hope to complete the work by summer.
The committee asked staff to bring formal quotes and contractor documentation to the next meeting for approval.
