Commission approves minutes and adds October meeting to 2025 schedule

Later in the meeting Commissioner Cardella moved to schedule the October meeting in place of the canceled June meeting; that motion was seconded and approved by roll‑call vote with an affirmative tally from each commissioner present.
The meeting adjourned after a motion by Vice Chair Wilcoxon and second by Commissioner Davis; the chair closed the session and thanked staff for the presentation and the commission for a lengthy discussion.
