Officials listed multiple nominees from police, utilities, finance and public works and invited attendees for a group photograph with Mayor Brawley. Director-level staff thanked employees and noted the awards align with the village’s strategic priorities including community engagement and customer service.
The awards are intended to recognize daily contributions not typically visible to the public and to reinforce a culture of collaboration and professional development. Village leaders asked employees to continue nominating peers as the program is institutionalized in future years.
