Staff notified the board the applicant was sick, and Board Member Alfred Fields moved to continue the matter to the board’s next regularly scheduled meeting. Dana Picotte seconded the motion. The board approved the continuation by voice vote and the item will be rescheduled for a future meeting.
The continuation was recorded in the meeting minutes and no testimony or staff presentation took place on the matter at this session. Staff will reschedule the item and notify the applicants and interested parties.
