Council ratifies city manager’s acceptance of contract to buy 2251 N. Glenville Drive

Mayor Pro Tem Hutchenrider moved to ratify the City Manager’s acceptance of the assignment and to authorize the City Manager and any assistant city manager to pay the purchase price and closing costs, sign documents and take related actions to close; Councilmember Dorian seconded the motion and the council approved it unanimously.
The council did not discuss price details on the public record at the time of the vote; staff noted the authority to proceed in accordance with the contract assignment. No further public action was taken before the meeting adjourned at 8:33 p.m.
