Branch Connection reports membership gains and rising revenue after renovation

Speaker 3 said program participation for the quarter totaled 14,195 — a 17% rise from the previous quarter — and the Branch Connection delivered 513 programs in the period. Staff attributed the increases to programs returning to the renovated facility and to a grand-opening event when activities resumed in May 2025.
On expenses, the report listed quarterly costs of $681,621, which Speaker 3 said reflected program spending, staffing, utilities and maintenance. The presentation characterized cost recovery for the period as about 6%, noting the facility was closed for most of the fiscal year and that reopening is driving revenue growth.
Speaker 3 also reported a Net Promoter Score of 83 for the recorded period (May–September 2025), saying NPS values above 70 are considered exceptional. Board members asked for clarifications about a chart display and label toggles during the presentation; staff explained how to change visible labels and noted chart scales can make gaps appear larger.
