Councillor Jeff moved to approve Ordinance No. 2025-0-9-1; an unidentified councilmember seconded and the council approved the ordinance by voice vote. The ordinance removes the requirement that applicants submit a parking-location diagram and a sign-off by the water provider for properties within the Solitude Village Master Association; other short-term rental regulations remain in place.
Council members characterized the change as administrative and thanked staff and the town clerk’s office for the cleanup. The ordinance will be filed as adopted and incorporated into the town’s business license and short-term rental materials.
