The Lindon City Planning Commission on Dec. 9 approved a two-lot minor subdivision and a site plan to build a 39,502-square-foot office/warehouse/manufacturing building on Lot 2 of the Linden Washburn property at about 500 North Geneva Road. Staff recommended the actions after concluding the proposal meets the city’s zoning and site-development standards.
City planner Britney Wild told the commission the property is zoned mixed commercial and that Lot 2 measures about 2.368 acres while Lot 3 measures about 1.048 acres and will remain vacant for now. Wild said the…
