Ordinance 4980: Mark Rudd, associate planner, summarized the rezone of 5.8 acres at 2011 Old Highway 10 from Commercial Highway to Light Industrial. Council had previously adopted the hearing examiner’s findings of fact and conclusions of law; the second-reading adoption completed the ordinance process.
Both ordinances were adopted after motions, with roll-call votes recorded in the meeting transcript.
