The Tempe City Council voted unanimously on multiple items during the latter portion of the meeting:
- Consent agenda (minutes, boards/commissions items): approved 7–0 (see meeting consent vote). - Item 8A1: Council approved an amended and restated lease and management agreement with Tempe Golf LLC for the management of Ken McDonald Golf Course (moved by Councilmember Keating; seconded by Councilmember Hodge). Vote: 7–0. - Item 8C1: Council adopted a PAD overlay and related ordinance for 250 West Rio (a proposed 16‑story, 110‑unit residential project). Vote: 7–0. - Item 8C2: Council adopted amendments to the city’s sewer code (Ch. 27) including pretreatment and general provisions.
