On staffing, Speaker 7 informed the group that two off‑duty county officers who had helped staff events are no longer available. "Nick and Mike are 2 police officers that have been with the village for 12 years or something like that. Both of them resigned," Speaker 7 said, noting the village is now without those officers and that the council would need to reassess whether to rely on Montgomery County Police for off‑duty details or pursue private contractors.
Committee members volunteered to contact artists, revisit vendor lists and consider logistics such as tables, drop‑off/set‑up and whether vendors need a table.
