Logistics and vendors were also discussed: the cookie-exchange drew mixed feedback and one member suggested switching vendors or dropping the exchange if it does not meet quality or demand expectations. The committee praised the role of street captains and other volunteers, and several members recommended a formal thank-you mention in the village newsletter.
