The Lebanon Board of Works voted to approve Change Order No. 1 for the Abner Longley Park storage-building renovations on Feb. 9, authorizing Monroe Construction Group Inc. to upsize two overhead doors for an added $2,255.
Kevin (city staff) explained the request was made by the parks department to change the planned overhead-door dimensions from 9 by 10 feet to 10 by 10 feet. Kralik described the change order as “change order number 1 for Monroe Construction Group Incorporated, for $2,255, to upsize those doors.”
A board member moved to approve the change order, a second was recorded, and the chair called for a voice vote. The motion carried on a voice vote and the board approved the additional expenditure and the contract change. No roll-call vote or individual tallies were recorded in the transcript.
