Williamsburg County Council on Tuesday adopted Ordinance No. 2024-03, authorizing the issuance of a Water Works and Sewer System Improvement Revenue Bond for the county in an amount not to exceed $8,319,000.

The resolution notes the state's Fair Housing law, enacted in 1989, and passed by a voice vote.
