A motion to approve items 4–8 passed on a roll-call vote with affirmative responses from councilmembers present. A separate motion to approve items 9 and 10 also passed on roll call. A member of the public had asked earlier that Item 4 be removed from the consent agenda to allow public disclosure of associated personnel-related costs; the city attorney said the requested information is a public document and that removal may occur only if a motion to remove passes.
