Water providers brief Holiday City Council on supply, capital plans and repair complaints

Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District
Giselle Terry, assistant general manager for Jordan Valley, said the district is primarily a wholesale supplier with about 300 retail connections inside Holiday (roughly 1,000 residents). Jordan Valley operates three treatment plants — including its largest, in Herriman — and is planning a major expansion to increase that plant’s capacity from about 180 million gallons per day to 255 million gallons per day. The district’s 10-year capital plan calls for about $230,000,000 in bonding over the next four years, roughly half of which would fund the plant expansion and related aqueduct and well projects.
