Council members thanked Pace and noted the suggestion for future consideration.
Council members discussed the potential costs and logistics of the donated sign and agreed staff could move forward with acceptance and the short agreement to address liability and maintenance questions. No formal vote was recorded for the donation beyond the chair acknowledging acceptance on the record.
