Planning staff presented the annual VCA report to the commission and said it will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors as required by Virginia code. “That is going to be given to the board of supervisors as required by Virginia code,” planning staff said.
Commissioners voted to send the report on to the Board of Supervisors. Staff also reminded commissioners to complete two public hearing checklists (recommended but not required). After handling the items on the docket the chair moved to adjourn; the motion was seconded and carried.
