Staff recommended sending letters to outside agencies requesting formal funding requests, usage explanations and supporting documentation and scheduling a work session where outside agencies must present; the board agreed.
The board directed staff to invite airport officials and regional partners to the next meeting or a work session, asked staff to produce any existing contract or agreement language, and deferred the appropriation until the airport provides usage and contractual information.
