The San Antonio Planning Commission approved its consent agenda at the Jan. 28 meeting after a motion, second and roll-call vote.
The consent agenda includes items staff recommended for approval where no members of the public had signed up to speak. Chair Peck noted that items 4 and 6 were removed from consent and that items 5 and 7 had been withdrawn before the meeting. Commissioner Bustamante left the room for the consent vote because of recusals on items 5, 7 and 9 and reentered afterward.
Staff conducted the roll-call vote and the motion passed. There were no public speakers on consent items and no accompanying director’s report.
The commission adjourned its consent-business portion and moved to the individual hearing agenda to consider the removed items.
