The Board of Supervisors amended its adopted meeting calendar to add a retreat on Feb. 12, 2026, at 1 p.m. at the James City County Office of Elections (4095 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg). The motion passed on a roll call vote.
Later in the meeting the board convened in closed session to consider appointments and certified the closed session. Following certification the board moved to appoint Beth Tremblay to the Historic Triangle Bicycle Advisory Committee (term 01/01/2026–12/31/2027) and appointed Jack Haldeman (at‑large), Vincent Becerra (Powhatan District) and Frank Pollster (Jamestown District) to the Planning Commission (terms beginning 02/01/2026 through 01/31/2030). The appointments were approved by roll call.
Chair McLennan closed the meeting by announcing the next joint meeting details and adjourning.
