The presentation described prefabricated restroom units as an option: each section runs roughly $100,000 and a prefabricated six‑male/six‑female family restroom with storage might lower overall costs compared with a traditional site-built facility.
Staff cautioned that final NPS approval is required and that some minor deed and legal items must be resolved before submission. No final award was made at the meeting; staff said they would continue to prepare paperwork and inform supervisors of any changes.
