Councilwoman Core spoke in favor of item 15, an ordinance to extend the downtown dockless vehicle program by one year after committee review, encouraging residents to use the city’s micromobility options. “I just wanted to reiterate and encourage all folks listening to go out, use our dockless vehicles downtown,” Core said.
Other consent items noted during highlights included reappointments and new appointments to city boards and commissions — among them the reappointment of Terry Kilmer and George Seese Meadows, the reappointment of Antonio Gonzalez Martinez to the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board, Michelle DeBli Robledo’s appointment to the San Antonio Public Library Board, and Catherine Stanford’s appointment to the Commission on Education.
