Council clears consent agenda including Bandera Road Corridor Plan and several grants

San Antonio City Council approved the consent agenda Dec. 11, clearing items 4 through 24 with no individual pulls. The consent vote included infrastructure planning, capital projects, appointments and grant acceptances.
