HDC clears applied wall and hanging signs for new Sandusky Road business

Staff noted the hanging sign would hang 8 feet above the sidewalk and project no more than 42 inches from the façade; staff recommended approval provided the commission had no objections to the proposed materials and coverage calculations.
An applicant speaker explained the business motif—"11:11"—and said the name and motif reflect a personal backstory tied to a family health experience and "new beginnings." Staff and commissioners expressed no substantive objections and moved to approve the applied wall and hanging signs. Speaker 6 moved the approval and the commission seconded and carried the motion.
