- Preliminary plat (PP2026-01): The commission approved a preliminary plat for a proposed distillery and restaurant at 22690 Keene Street (0.61 acres), subject to the applicant addressing outstanding development-review comments from internal agencies including Cobb Fire and Cobb Water.
- Unified Development Code text amendment (MISC2026-02): Staff identified many older subdivisions with lots that became nonconforming after a 1996 code update and proposed amendments enabling administrative review so property owners can rebuild legally nonconforming lots without going through the public variance process; commissioners approved the amendment and staff will mark affected parcels in GIS for internal administration.
- Adoption of the 2026 zoning map: The commission adopted the official 2026 zoning map reflecting 2025 zoning transactions and created a separate nonconforming-lots map to avoid visual clutter.
Staff also noted two items—one previously tabled and one requesting removal of a condition—will appear on the March agenda. The commission adjourned following the business session.
