Speaker 1 said turn lanes had been preinstalled for the area. Speaker 6 clarified that a 500-foot notice radius has not been approved by the city council and that the city currently uses a 350-foot radius for mailed public-hearing notices. Speaker 3 offered to check the exact number of mailed notices and the list of residents signed up for automatic notifications.
Commissioners noted parking and traffic could become issues as redevelopment proceeds but did not direct staff to take immediate regulatory action at the meeting.
