Board member Block moved the measure, which Member Tyler seconded, after a presentation from district staff and consultants that combined survey results, focus groups and transportation feasibility modeling. The study, conducted with Formative Technologies, reached more than 23,000 respondents across two major surveys and multiple engagement channels, according to the presentation.
