The California Board of Accountancy’s Peer Review Oversight Committee voted to adopt the minutes of its Aug. 8, 2025 meeting during its Dec. 12, 2025 session. Jennifer Benjamin moved to adopt the minutes; Laura Ross seconded, and the motion carried after a roll-call vote called by staff member Matthew Parsons.
Parsons read the roll call: Jeffrey Delizer, Laura Ross, Fausto Hinojosa, Nick Peterson and Vikram Deshpande each recorded “approved.” The committee chair announced that the motion carried. No members of the public provided comment on the item.
The committee proceeded to the next agenda items, which included reports on recent CBA meetings and administering-entity oversight.
