State's Attorney Charlie Boenstra reported the Tyler Technologies training continues for his office and the public-defender office; he noted recent personnel changes, including the retirement of Doug Lath from the public-defender office and an upcoming retirement for Bob in April. Boenstra said Judge Acker signed an order appointing Will Fox as the new public defender.
Boenstra also said the county is handling special prosecutions and forensic interview activity and that he will provide January collections figures next month.
With no unfinished or new business, the chair asked for a motion to adjourn. Mister Hudson moved, Mister Alley seconded, members voted aye and the meeting was adjourned.
