Trustees discussed potential training programs (DISC assessments, Predictive Index and other providers) and agreed the $10,000 pool would cover multiple staff as a development resource. Trustee Romas made the motion to approve the combined $14,000 expenditure; the board approved it by roll call, 6-0.
Caker said staff will manage implementation and incorporate training follow-up into employees' performance objectives.
