Alder Prophet moved to approve the award; Alder DeLee seconded. "The ayes have it," the presiding officer declared after members voiced support.

The agenda itself had been approved earlier in the session after Alder Ritterbush moved to adopt it and Alder DeLee seconded. The meeting adjourned after Alder Presley moved to adjourn and Alder Ritterbush seconded.
