The City of Pflugerville Equity Advisory Board elected Clarissa Fusilier as chair and Claudia Yanez as vice chair and approved its Nov. 10, 2025 meeting minutes during a regularly scheduled meeting. Members cast voice votes after nominations and the chair turned the meeting over to the newly elected officers.
Board members opened the meeting with nominations for two officer positions required by the charter. After nominations and seconds, members present voiced support; staff confirmed both officers were elected and the board approved the prior meeting minutes by voice vote.
The nominations were self-nominations followed by seconds from members on the floor; the meeting record shows members saying “aye” during both officer votes. A motion to approve the Nov. 10, 2025 minutes was made and seconded and the board approved the minutes without additional discussion.
Staff did not request formal action on the draft rules and procedures at this meeting; members were asked to review the materials and return edits ahead of the board packet for the next meeting. The new officers will preside over future meetings and coordinate with the city staff liaison on agendas and packet distribution.
The board adjourned after completing the agenda.
