Members also asked about maintenance commitments for open‑space and creek frontage on-site; staff said the applicant has agreed to a yearly maintenance schedule for the creek and that volunteers have assisted with plantings. No formal land‑use approvals or changes were made at the retreat; staff said they will return with additional detail if substantive changes are proposed.
