Don Stryker, presiding supervisor, opened public hearings on the 458th Avenue bridge (project LFMVB2253-7X-49) and the 17th Street bridge over Elk Creek (project LFMIA3320). County road staff told the board the 458th Avenue structure — located near the Buckeye area by Preston — will be posted for bids immediately if approved and is expected to be built in fiscal year 2027 depending on contractor scheduling.…
