The applicant's representative, Kevin Mone, identified himself for the record and confirmed he had no issues with staff's five conditions. Commissioners asked for clarifications on lot-line distances and building height (staff said the building averages about 40 feet tall, with a 46-foot parapet to screen rooftop mechanical units). Commissioner McDonald moved to approve SDP-26-001 with the five staff conditions; Commissioner Ritchie seconded. The roll-call vote was unanimous and the commission approved the site-development plan.
