The Board of Chiropractic Examiners Licensing Committee heard on Dec. 5 that the board’s licensing unit has been fully staffed since July 2025 and is pursuing system and process changes intended to speed application processing.
Miss Walker, a board staff member who presented the update, said the unit has focused on training and business process improvements and that ‘‘our licensing unit has been fully staffed now since, since July 2025.’’ She told the committee the team has reduced processing times for initial and renewal applications and will shift next year to project-based work supporting the Connect upgrade and other business-process improvements.
