Members largely praised the alignment but requested more quantitative indicators so the next committee can evaluate progress. One member asked for specific targets for communications frequency and clear evidence for goals tied to surveys and engagement. Gere accepted the feedback and said staff would identify outcomes and measurable evidence where feasible.
A motion to approve the superintendent's evaluation goals passed by voice vote.
