- Policy IHIA (middle school pathway exploration): Committee moved IHIA to second reading and approved that motion.
- ECDC tuition rates: In response to a reported drop in ECDC enrollment (from about 195 in FY24 to 125 currently) and a projected revenue shortfall, the committee approved a recommendation to lower tuition to a more competitive level (rollback to FY24 baseline plus a 5% increase) and instructed administration to present final rates at the upcoming ECDC open house and return with enrollment and financial data in May/June.
- Consent agenda: The committee approved standard consent-agenda items including minutes from Dec. 9, 2025; DECA trips to Boston (state) and Atlanta (international); and donations totaling $4,249.09 for various supplemental supplies and in-house enrichment.
