County staff summarized the MOU: the storage arrangement began in October 2024; the county assumes no security responsibility beyond providing access; the DUP is responsible for placement and removal of items; either party may terminate the MOU with 30 days’ notice and the DUP would have 60 days to remove stored items.
Staff noted the county would add a clarifying sentence to confirm access during county business hours. The commission voted to approve the MOU, and DUP representatives were prepared to sign copies following the meeting.
