County authorizes John Deere motor grader purchase, staff updates project schedules

Staff said delivery would be in 2025 and that keeping the fleet's replacement schedule near the 8–10 year mark is the operational goal.
Separately, highway staff updated the board on project 18, saying construction will not be fully complete this year and that topsoiling, mulching and stabilization will occur this fall with paving next year; the carbon reduction grant schedule will not be affected.
