At its meeting the Meeker County Board approved the following actions by voice vote or roll call:
- Approve meeting agenda (motion by Johnson; second by Julie) — carried by voice vote.
- Approve consent agenda including Sept. 17 minutes, HHS and hospital accounts payable, an appointment to the Central Minnesota Emergency Services Board Next-Gen 9‑1‑1 committee, and liquor/wine license approvals — moved by Bredesen, seconded by Obert; carried by voice vote.
- Approve a one-year extension for COP 16316 (Darwin Winter Garden solar garden; ~2,600 panels; location: NE ¼ of SW ¼ Section 34 Township 119 Range 29, Dassel Township) — motion by Oberg, second by Bredesen; carried by voice vote.
- Adjust transfer-station fees to $86.50/ton mixed solid waste, $48/ton demolition in-county, and $79/ton demolition out-of-county — motion by Bredesen, second by Schmidt; carried by voice vote.
- Authorize MnDOT Work Order 1 under the Master Partnership Agreement to finish the ICE for Hwy 12 and 34 (estimated $38k–$39k; MnDOT 50% share) — motion by Schmidt, second by Johnson; recorded roll call with unanimous yes votes.
- Approve the Joint Powers Agreement for the Southwestern Minnesota Adult Mental Health Consortium — motion by Paul; second by Beth; carried by voice vote.
