The Davis County Commission voted Feb. 10 to approve a two-year contract between the assessor’s office and Timmy and Associates for property-assessment modeling services.
Andy Hansen of the assessor’s office told commissioners the agreement runs through 2027 and discussed a not-to-exceed figure of about $207,000. Commissioners moved and approved the contract by voice vote.
The contract was presented as a routine operational expense to support valuation modeling. No commissioner questions or substantive debate were recorded during the item.
The commission approved the motion on the consent agenda and moved on to the next items on the calendar.
