The Liberty Hill Downtown Revitalization Committee opened its Dec. 16 meeting, moved to approve the Nov. 25 meeting minutes and recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
Chair Kristen LeBaron moved that "the minutes from the November 25 downtown revitalization committee meeting are accepted as presented." After a second, the committee vocalized "Aye" and the chair declared the vote unanimous.
LeBaron also said a current committee secretary, Heather, has likely discussed resigning. She asked Odellis ("Odie") Suarez whether he would be willing to continue in the secretary role until a replacement is appointed; Suarez agreed to maintain dual responsibilities temporarily.
No formal appointment or timeline for a permanent replacement was made; the chair said the vacancy could be added to a future agenda. The meeting adjourned at 5:54 p.m., and members scheduled the next regular meeting for Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 5:30 p.m.
