One developer gave the site address as 900 County Road 260 and said they envision roughly 450 residential lots, about 30 acres of retail and mixed use and approximately 125,000 square feet of retail. "We've been told one thing... we wanna keep the ball rolling," a developer representative said, adding the project had stalled through repeated requests for new information and a 2023 pause while an ESD matter was resolved.
