At the close of the Dec. 10 DRC meeting, planning staff provided updates on staffing and upcoming development applications. A staff member said Paul will transition some responsibilities over the next three months and that the primary point of contact will shift gradually.
Staff previewed several projects expected in the coming months: a four-plex cluster in the southeastern corner of the Virginian Lodge property, a pre-application to redevelop the block where Black Diamond is located (submitted by Jeff and Shabiri), and a potential Mogul submittal expected early next year. The staff member said the Virginian housing proposal has been pushed back several months and that Mogul might appear in February or March.
With no further business, Brad Hoyt moved to adjourn the meeting; Catherine Koryakin seconded and the meeting closed. The transcript does not record a formal tally for the motion.
